When I'm tired I fall asleep very quickly.
have a late night – you do not go to bed at the usual time, you watch TV, go to a party, etc., and you go to bed very late.
have a nap – have a short relaxing sleep
If I have a late night, I try to have a nap in the afternoon.

If I oversleep in the morning, I'm late for work.
