House on the road
Two old people in China don’t want to leave their home. People built a road around their house.
All their neighbors left but these two people don’t want to leave. They want money for their house but money from the government is not good. The government gives only little money for the house.
The man says, “I want a new house for me. They can build the same house in some other places. This is all what I want.”
The road isn’t open to cars now. The government talks with them about next steps.

People swim in very cold water
Some people in Poland did a special thing. They started the winter swimming season. More than 200 people swam in cold water. The people were young and old.
Winter swimming is a traditional sport in Poland. People say that it makes people stronger and more clever. The temperatures were very low but people had a lot of fun. After some time they went very quickly out of the water.

Dancers dance on a pole
People from South America met in Brazil. It was on Sunday. They wanted to win a pole dance championship. Seventy-six people from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia and Venezuela wanted to win.
For the first time, men could also be there and they could try to win. People who watched the championship liked it. One lady from Brazil won the championship. She will represent South America at the Pole Dance World Championships next year.
