WILL
To speak about the future use WILL
• I will help you. (spoken English: I’ll help you.)
• She will lend you some money. (spoken English: She’ll lend…)
• We will come at 6 o’clock. (spoken English: We’ll come…)
To make future sentences negative use WILL + NOT (spoken English: WON’T)
• She will not come to the party. / She won’t come…
• They will not understand. / They won’t understand.
• It will not rain. / It won’t rain.
To make future questions start with WILL
• Will you come tomorrow?
• Will it snow?
• Will your mother help us?
ADVERBS
To make adverbs use –ly
• Slow > SLOWLY
• Careful > CAREFULLY
• Perfect > PERFECTLY
- „y“ often changes into “i”
• easy > EASILY
• heavy > HEAVILY
Some adverbs are irregular, they have no -ly:
• fast
• hard
• late
• long
• early
