I  to inform you that I will not be able to make it to the meeting we have  for 25 September at 4 pm to discuss the new company policy to deal with customers' complaints. I have been informed that I have to go on an important business trip abroad, which I cannot reschedule. I am going to be away  27 September.

Would it be  for us to reschedule the meeting for any other day  27 September? Can you send dates and times that would be  for you?
