Adjective suffixes (2)
Use the words in brackets to form adjectives. Use the following suffixes:
-ous, -able, -ible, -ed, -ing, -al, -ical, -ic
- That was very (exception)! It is not usually done that way!
- The (economy) situation is not easy.
- It was an (adventure) trip!
- This is a very useful (convert) sofa bed.
- What the teacher said was not very (logic), was it?
- I read an (interest) article about (function) programming.
- Why is John so (suspicion) of foreigners?
- Why did Jack look so (annoy) at the end of the meeting?
- The show was (remark)! We'll never forget it.
- Miniskirts are becoming very (fashion) again!
